Driving Licence

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways has been facilitating computerization of more than 1000 Road Transport Offices (RTOs)
across the country. RTOs issue Registration Certificate (RC) & Driving License (DL) that are valid across the country.
We here are providing the service to issue the driving licence.


Types of Licence:

  1. Learner's Licence
    • The learner's license holder should get training under the supervision of a Permanent driving license holder. The learner license holder has to display symbol –L in a Red color that should be visible from a distance.

    • A driver's license is an official document permitting a specific individual to operate one or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcycle, car, truck, or bus on a public road.

  3. Duplicate Driving Licence
    • DL is lost or destroyed the holder of the licence shall forthwith intimate the loss to the licensing authority which granted the licence and shall apply in writing to the said authority, for a duplicate driving licence. .

  4. Renewal of Driving Licence
    • This makes it necessary to renew or update a Driving Licence as soon as it expires or as the holder's details change..
